If I ever get a tattoo, I want it to be of a Mark Ryden piece.
Long before Lady Gaga appeared on the red carpet, Mark Ryden painted this beautiful - if somewhat eerie - artwork. His art is a huge inspiration to me: I love everything about his perfectly rendered, doll-like girls, especially the hint of the macabre that lingers about them.
